An exciting weekend of competition is underway at the Galway Downs International Horse Trials with E+ livestreams of the CCI4*-S and CCI3*-S.

TEMECULA, Calif., March 28, 2025 – The Galway Downs International Horse Trials are underway in southern California, running from March 27-30. The eventing competition is held at Galway Downs Equestrian, the recently confirmed venue for the equestrian portion of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games (pending final approval by the International Olympic Committee). The Galway Downs International Horse Trials hosts divisions ranging from Starter to Advanced at the national level as well as CCI1*-S to CCI4*-S at the international level.

Several competitors in the international-level divisions use the Galway Downs International Horse Trials to prepare for upcoming spring competitions. This world-class event provides atmosphere and top-notch competition to ready horse-and-rider pairs for events such as the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by MARS Equestrian held from April 24-27 in Lexington, Kentucky. West Coast-based pairs can test their skills and make any final adjustments to their training plans before making the trip to the East Coast.

The thrilling competition of the CCI3*-S and CCI4*-S divisions will be livestreamed on EQUESTRIAN+. Fans can watch the dressage, cross-country and show-jumping phases at the prestigious venue live or on demand. Eventers Frankie Thieriot Stutes and Spencer Sturmey will be commentating on the CCI3*-S and CCI4*-S dressage and show-jumping competitions on Friday and cross country on Saturday.

Saturday, March 29

CCI3*-S cross country 1:38 p.m. – 2:58 p.m.

CCI4*-S cross country 3:32 p.m. – 4:17 p.m.
