<p>New Zealand's Tim Price and Xavier Faer had the best dressage test of the day in the CCI-5* to put them in second place overall behind Oliver Townend and Cooley Master Class.</p>

<p>Going into Saturday's CCI5* cross-country course, Boyd Martin and On Cue sit in third.</p>
<p>Lauren Nicholson (USA) and Landmark’s Monte Carlo dropped from fourth place after the CCI5*-L cross country to an overall sixth-place finish after incurring 4.4 penalties in show jumping. Their final score was 32.9</p>

<p>Phillip Dutton and Fernhill Singapore are in ninth place in the CCI5*-L behind Jennie Brannigan and Stella Artois and Buck Davidson and Carlevo.</p>
<p>Daniel Clasing and Olney Uncle Sam moved into the fourth place spot on day two of CCI3*-L dressage competition.</p>
<p>Hannah Sue Burnett and Carsonstown sit in fifth place in CCI3*-L competition going into cross country.</p>
<p>Dani Sussman and Jos Bravio are in the ninth place position following CCI3*-L dressage.</p>
<p>Oliver Townend (GBR) and Ulises moved up from seventh after the CCI3*-L to finish the competition in third.</p>
<p>Caroline Martin and Redfield Dexter are currently tied for 11th place with Woods Baughman and Hopak de Greenbay Z in CCI3*-L competition.</p>
<p>Chris Talley and Gina are at the top of the leaderboard in the USEA Young Event Horse East Coast Championships 5 Year Olds, which are also being held at the Maryland 5 Star at Fair Hill</p>
