Practical Horseman is pleased to announce the winner of the Buck Davidson Win A Clinic contest in partnership with ADM Animal Nutrition. Tiffany Morey was chosen from a group of 10 finalists to receive a day of instruction from U.S. Olympic Team alternate and leaderboard topping five-star eventer, Buck Davidson. Morey and nine of her friends from Southern New Jersey’s Pineland Riders Pony Club will enjoy a day of private training with Davidson and receive prize packs from ADM Animal Nutrition including Inside Tract, ACES, Forage First GS, and GROSTRONG mineral.

The contest asked entrants to submit an essay detailing why they deserve to win a one-day educational clinic for themselves and nine of their friends. Ten finalists, including Morey, were selected out of more than 160 unique entries to submit videos of themselves and their horses. In her video, Morey introduced herself and the members of the Pineland Riders Pony Club and explained how beneficial a clinic with Davidson would be to each rider. Morey, an adult amateur and aspiring low-level eventer, emphasized that they all aspire to become the safest and most effective riders possible.

“All of the essays and the finalists’ videos showed that there are so many people committed to growing as riders. Practical Horseman is thrilled to be part of that,” said Practical Horseman Editor Sandra Oliynyk. “Adult amateur Tiffany Morey’s essay and video shared that she was entering on behalf of Southern New Jersey’s Pineland Riders Pony Club’s youth and adult riders. Morey, as well as the riders featured in the video, demonstrated how they share a five-star love of the sport and are dedicated to being the best horsepeople that their mounts deserve. This, along with Morey’s volunteer work in the sport, convinced us that Buck’s lessons would have a far-reaching impact.”
